Think Renewable is seeking a dedicated labourer/installer helper to support our solar and roof works across Newcastle and NSW.
This full-time role offers a stable pipeline of installs, an in-house team with clear standards, and real progression into senior roles such as Roofer, Leading Hand or Supervisor.
You'll work with rails, panels, and protected roof access, in coordination with electricians and leading hands to hit quality and time targets.
