The Community Facilities Planning Officer is responsible for planning and overseeing capital works programs both renewals, and new & upgrades, for the City's Community Infrastructure.
The position focuses on the capital planning phase of the asset lifecycle, ensuring capital works programs are strategically developed to support compliance, optimise whole-of-life performance, and deliver value across the City's community infrastructure assets.
We're looking for people who have:
Bachelor in Business / Commerce / Engineering or relevant equivalent knowledge and experience
C Class Drivers Licence (unrestricted) (Mandatory)
Demonstrated experience in project or program management
High attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills to actively engage with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to think outside of the box to enhance ways of working
