your prospect
As theCommercial Finance Analyst(internally known as the Finance Business Partner), you will plays a key role in partnering with leaders acrossyourtown, delivering financial insights, performance reporting and commercial advice that supports informed decision making and strong financial stewardship.
Your day to day tasks will include:
Develop and maintain relationships as a trusted and valued financial partner and advisor to the relevant business leaders in providing high-quality financial planning and performance support and advice.
Support the business to establish financial performance KPIs and metrics and provide analysis, evaluation and reporting of these through balance scorecards and dashboards.
Support the preparation of financial data,
insight and reports for senior leaders including the Board.
Apply performance data into actionable insights and implement improvement actions.
Undertake financial analytics and scenario modelling.
Support the development of business cases, tender and costing submissions, and funding acquittals.
Support the development of financial tools, templates, and processes.
what we are looking for
Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
CA, CPA or CIMA qualification.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting within a business partnering or commercial finance environment.
Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated experience using Power BI and Power Query to develop dashboards, reporting solutions and performance insights.
Strong analytical capability, with experience working with large and complex datasets to identify trends and support strategic decision making.
Experience in financial modelling, scenario analysis and performance reporting.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong relationship building, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
