We're now looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician with dual trade opportunity to join our growing team.

The Role
Performing scheduled maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC systems (including chilled and condenser water systems)
Conducting fault finding and repairs across a diverse range of equipment
Assisting with compliance testing, including full function fire tests
Completing installation work across Commercial and Project divisions
Contributing to continuous improvement and delivering outstanding client experiences
This role offers autonomy, stability, and variety across a strong portfolio of commercial clients.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance




A minimum of 2-3 years of commercial HVAC service experience is required
Outstanding attention to detail
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Experience with chilled and condenser water systems
Basic exposure to chilled and condenser water systems is essential
Familiarity with compliance testing (fire/function testing, etc.)
You must also hold:
Qualified HVAC Technician with QBCC Occupational Licence
Restricted Electrical Licence
Current Driver's Licence

Bonus if you have:
Installation experience or project-based HVAC background
Previous experience in commercial or facilities environments
Professional presentation and communication skills.
