Belle Property Escapes Cairns manages around 100 premium holiday properties across Cairns, Palm Cove and the Northern Beaches.
We are looking for a calm, capable and highly organised person who is ready for more ownership, autonomy and variety in their day-to-day work.
This is an owner-facing role.
You will build trusted relationships with owners, making sure they feel informed, supported and confident that their property is being properly cared for.
You may come from hospitality, tourism, accommodation, events, guest services, property or another client-facing setting.
Direct property experience would be helpful, but it isn't essential.
What matters most is that you communicate well, stay calm, care about the detail and follow things through.
You will coordinate maintenance, cleaners, trades, quotes, approvals and internal follow-up.
You won't be completing maintenance or cleaning yourself—you'll make sure the right people are engaged and nothing gets lost.
This is a seven-day holiday accommodation operation.
The role includes rostered weekend work, generally every second weekend, along with some shared after-hours responsibility for urgent property or guest matters.
In return, you'll be trusted to manage your own work, make decisions and take genuine ownership of the owner and property experience, with the support of an experienced leadership team when you need it.

What you'll be doing:
Acting as a key point of contact for owners regarding property care, maintenance and presentation.
Providing clear, timely and professional owner updates.
Coordinating maintenance, repairs, quotes, approvals and contractor follow-up.
Working with cleaners and quality control inspectors to ensure properties are guest-ready.
Keeping property notes, owner preferences and maintenance records up to date.
Supporting new property onboarding and readiness checks.
Assisting with urgent property-related guest issues when required.
Following issues through from start to finish, rather than simply passing them on.
Helping improve systems, workflows and communication as the department grows.
What we're looking for:
Experience in hospitality, tourism, accommodation, events, guest services, property or another strong client-facing role.
Warm, clear and professional communication.
Strong organisation and reliable follow-through.
Practical problem-solving and good judgement.
High attention to detail and presentation standards.
Confidence dealing with owners, cleaners, trades and internal team members.
Comfortable using systems, apps and technology.
Calm under pressure and able to adapt when priorities change.
Enjoys being trusted with responsibility and taking ownership.
Willingness to work rostered weekends and share responsibility for urgent after-hours matters.
Current driver's licence.
