This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to begin or further develop their career in administration within a professional services setting.
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated individual who is looking to build a long-term career as an administrator.
As part of their commitment to developing their team, our client will invest in your future by providing afully funded Certificate III in Business Administration, including paid study time during work hours, giving you the opportunity to gain valuable qualifications while building your career.
Although this role is ideally suited to someone starting their administration career, experienced Administration Officers seeking a long-term opportunity within a supportive professional services firm are also encouraged to apply.

About the Role
As the Junior Administration Officer, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice while delivering a professional and welcoming experience for clients.
Working alongside the administration and accounting teams, your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and visitors
Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries
Managing client appointments and general enquiries
Preparing correspondence and administrative documentation
Assisting with client onboarding and engagement administration
Managing workflow and electronic records
Filing, scanning and general office administration
Supporting the accounting team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintaining client meeting rooms, refreshment areas and office presentation

About You
