We're looking for an HR Generalist to partner with our Store Managers across recruitment, onboarding and learning & development.
What you'll doPartner with Store Leaders to attract and onboard great people.Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that build capability across our stores.Develop training plans, resources and learning pathwaysDrive training completion and maintain compliance across the business.Manage our LMS (IGA Training Academy) training records and reporting.Support workforce planning and recruitment during peak hiring periods and contribute to broader HR initiatives.
What you'll bringExperience in Talent & Development, Learning & Development, HR,



or a similar people-focused role.A drive for developing people and creating engaging learning experiences.Experience administering an LMS and coordinating training programs.Strong Microsoft 365 and Copilot skills, with the confidence to quickly adopt current technologies.The ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders across multiple sites.Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Retail or multi-site experience is an advantage.Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or HR/Business relevant study.
