Intro Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to lead construction on a $200M+ landmark mixed‐use seniors living development in Western Sydney.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a complex, multi-stage project featuring multiple residential buildings, townhouses and premium lifestyle amenities, delivered within a live operating environment.
Working alongside an experienced Project Manager and senior leadership team, you'll drive programme, safety, quality and subcontractor performance from structure through to completion.

Your Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day site operations across multiple work fronts
Manage and mentor Site Managers, General Foremen and Foremen
Drive programme, safety, quality and productivity
Coordinate structural, façade, services and finishes trades




Manage subcontractors to achieve key programme milestones
Oversee construction sequencing, logistics and short‐term programming
Maintain high-quality delivery and minimise defects
Work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team
Build robust relationships with consultants, clients and key stakeholders
Lead site meetings and weekly planning activities
About You
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager
Delivered commercial or Class 2 residential projects valued at $50M+
Strong leadership experience managing large site teams
Excellent subcontractor management and communication skills
Sound understanding of structures, façade, services and finishes
Strong knowledge of Australian construction practices and WHS legislation
Able to drive programme without compromising safety or quality
