Century Trailers is an established Australian business supplying trailers, caravans, aluminium loading ramps, UTE trays, canopies and related products across South East Queensland.
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on and customer-focused Branch Operations Coordinator to take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our Caboolture branch.
This is a varied hands-on role combining customer handovers, branch operations, inventory management and general customer service.
You will generally work independently at the Caboolture branch, with ongoing support from our Brisbane Sales and Operations teams.
This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work and takes pride in maintaining a well-organised, customer-focused branch.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Handovers & Customer Service




Complete customer handovers in a friendly and skilled manner, including explaining the operation and safe use of the product, trailer coupling, safe towing procedures, and assisting customers to complete the required registration paperwork
Welcome walk-in customers and provide general product information
Refer quotations, pricing enquiries and detailed product or sales enquiries to the Brisbane Sales Team
Assist customers with general enquiries and provide a positive customer experience
Branch Operations
Receive and check incoming deliveries
Maintain accurate stock records and organise products throughout the branch
Keep the yard, office and display areas clean, safe and well presented
Ensure products are correctly displayed, presented and ready for customer inspection
Safely operate a forklift to move and organise trailers and other products around the branch
Open and close the branch and maintain site security
Inventory & Communication
Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies
Take photos and provide stock updates to the Brisbane team as products arrive, move or are collected
Report damaged, missing or incorrect products promptly
Carry out other reasonable duties to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch




About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable, organised and self-motivated

Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for day-to-day branch operations
Practical, hands-on and willing to perform a variety of duties
Confident using basic computer and smartphone applications
Able to communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues
Essential
Current Australian Driver Licence
Current Forklift Licence (LF)
Full Australian working rights
Physically capable of carrying out general yard duties
Highly Regarded
Experience safely towing and manoeuvring trailers
Experience in trailers, caravans, automotive, machinery or related industries
Previous warehouse, yard, branch or customer service experience
Trailer customer handover experience
Basic mechanical aptitude
Full product and customer handover training will be provided.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Permanent full-time position
What We Offer
$75,000–$82,000 plus superannuation (depending on experience)
