We are looking for an individual with sales experience to join our vibrant team!
The position is a full time position to primarily assist customers in our sales office + front trade counter.
Main Responsibilities of the role are:
Ability to develop, maintain and expand solid business relationships with customers
Maintain and manage phone, email and in-person inquiries to provide support to our loyal customer base and to increase sales opportunities
Coordinate sales from the beginning, ensure a successful close and customer satisfaction.
Occasionally assist customers face to face at our trade customer counter




Willingness to learn external company systems that allow for the internal selling of a major brand
Provide accurate and on-time equipment selections, pricing, and technical assistance together with project quotations that maximise successful outcomes
Assist in the development of new customers and securing future opportunities from existing customers
Foster and be inclusive in a positive work culture and assist with general phone inquiries
Ability to remain compliant within our company's standard operating procedures
As the ideal candidate, you will possess the following key attributes:
A proven sales and/or account management history
Previous sales experience within the HVAC or related Industry would be an advantage
Relevant experience in system design and application engineering or relevant technical role
The ability to build, grow and maintain relationships at all levels with a strong focus on successful achievement of sales targets.
Be focused, self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously, but within a team environment and to contribute to the team objectives.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office or Attache would be an advantage
Ability to conduct product presentations to small or large groups at relevant trade days and industry shows
