Competitive package: $110K - $120K + Super + $15K Car Allowance (or Ute included).

This new, fully office-based role is for a technical skilled—ideally an auto mechanic / electrician ready for leadership ; to oversee maintenance across NSW (Minto), Newcastle, and Albury.
You will manage suppliers, evaluate vehicles, and optimize fleet reliability.

Key Responsibilities




Manage the fleet maintenance program to maximize internal and external customer satisfaction while minimizing repair and admin costs.
Actively manage the assigned region, taking full ownership of maintenance risk and conducting structured supplier performance meetings.
Negotiate industry-leading arrangements with service providers and resolve maintenance disputes with mutually beneficial outcomes.
Visit sites regularly to check in on jobs with suppliers, including quarterly travel to Melbourne and fortnightly visits to Albury and Newcastle.
Technical Oversight & Operations:
Oversee the evaluation of vehicles returned from long-term lease arrangements and liaise with stakeholders to arrange required work.
Ensure vehicle safety is maintained and never compromised by taking a proactive and preventative approach.
Coordinate equipment services and vehicle de-hires while occasionally assisting with ad-hoc operational tasks.
