Key Responsibilities:
RN/M2C
Provide proficient, person-centred nursing care and individual case management in a defined clinical area.
Monitor care plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and evaluate patient progress.
Assist the Nurse Unit Manager with management, clinical, and quality improvement activities.
Participate in clinical teaching, mentoring, and professional development for staff and students.
Promote continuity and consistency of care and act as a resource within your team.
RN/M2A
Deliver proficient, person-centred clinical care in the ED and oversee patient flow and team activities.
Assist Unit Manager in management, planning, and coordination of services, support change management and problem resolution.
Participate in clinical teaching and mentoring; foster a learning culture and maintain professional portfolios.
Contribute to clinical audits, quality improvement projects, or research to enhance care outcomes.
Provide shift-by-shift leadership, act as a resource, and manage assigned portfolio responsibilities.
RN/M3A
Provide expert clinical care and lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of patient/client care.
Lead implementation of policies, risk management, quality improvement,



and resource management; coordinate local operational processes.
Maintain a qualified practice portfolio; develop team capability, coach staff, and support student placements.
Monitor and evaluate research to improve practice; implement evidence-based improvements to service delivery.
Provide professional leadership, mentorship, and act as a role model, lead service improvement, education, and competency frameworks.
