Accounting Office Administration Assistant

We are a well-established Chartered Accounting firm in public practice located in Nowra NSW, only a short drive from some of the world’s best beaches on the South Coast.

You will be working in an experienced team environment where you will be able to learn and grow in your position within the firm. You will receive on the job training in our processes and systems, and your support role will enable our accounting team to meet their client responsibilities and deadlines.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to accounting staff;
General administration duties such as answering phone calls, emailing, filing and scanning;
Maintaining corporate secretarial records and liaising with ASIC;
Dealing with client's requests in a qualified, courteous and productive manner;




Compiling financial reports and tax returns;
Dealing with external organisations on behalf of our clients;

Qualifications & Experience
At least 2 years' experience in an office environment (preferably accounting office)
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy;
Ability to work independently and to a deadline;
Proactive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic;
Must maintain confidentiality;
Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients in a courteous, friendly and skilled manner;
Willingness to learn and grow with the position;
