Daily Tasks
Registering import sea documentation
Reporting shipments to Australian Customs
Acquiring relevant documentation for shipping purposes
Tracking all shipments, including transhipments
Liaising with international agents, suppliers and consignee’s
Invoicing

Requirements to Be Successful
Prior experience is desirable, but not essential - only an eagerness to learn!
Have an interest or passion for freight forwarding or logistics




Be well organised and adept at managing your time
Have experience in meeting deadlines whilst maintaining a solid attention to detail
Be an excellent communicator over email and phone
Have Basic Computer Skills And Experience With Microsoft Office.
