About the Role

We are seeking a driven Sales Engineer to expand our footprint across Queensland. This is a hands‑on role requiring regular travel, strong technical capability, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Regional Queensland

Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets across agriculture and industrial markets
Build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers
Identify recent opportunities in irrigation, water management, and industry
Conduct on‑site assessments and provide solution‑based advice
Deliver proposals, pricing, and product recommendations




Support customers with troubleshooting and system optimisation
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery
Maintain accurate reporting and CRM records

About You
Proven B2B sales experience in industrial, agricultural, or engineering environments
Robust understanding of pumps, fluid systems, or mechanical equipment
Experience working with dealer networks or indirect channels
Technical aptitude with a consultative sales approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work autonomously in a field‑based role
