This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest agencies on the Lower North Shore with opportunities to learn elements of Property Management and New Business prospecting and full exposure to all areas to assist you determine the pathway you would like to take.
The Role:
Lease vacant properties
Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections
Schedule property inspections
Reference checking




Market available properties for lease
Work closely with both the whole department particularly BDM and PM teams
Ad hoc administration duties for the department
The Successful Candidate:
Hold a current Certificate of Registration, a valid driver's licence and reliable car
Previous experience is not essential however customer service experience ideal
Well presented and an excellent communicator
Lower North Shore location (ideally)
