Your contribution
Coach & develop the team through constructive & effective feedback with the aim to improve employee knowledge, performance & reduce staff turnover.
Participate in andcoordinate innovationactivities relating to operations & service practices to improve the customer & employee experience.
Lead by example through superior customer service, positive & effective communication & productivity.
Demonstrate dispute resolution techniques to resolve staff and customer grievances in an effective manner ensuring a positive business outcome is achieved.
Work well under pressure with the ability to multi task.
Efficiently & effectively report on customer and employee related incidents.
