What will you be doing?
As ourBusiness Development Executive, you'll play a key role in driving growth across the Ipswich area by:
Identifying and winning new business throughcold calling, networking, lead follow-up and relationship building
Developing and maintaining strong client partnerships throughregular meetings and targeted campaigns
Negotiating and securing business agreements
Working closely with the recruitment hub to maximize business opportunities you generate
Ensuring compliance records are accurate and up to date
This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, opening doors, creating opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term business relationships.
What do you need to succeed?
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
A solid ability togenerate new business sales
Passion, energy and a"can do" attitude
Resilience, determination and a genuine desire to succeed
Proven experience inrecruitment salesor business development
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Confidence in building trust and credibility with customers
Experience insales, recruitment, transport, driving or logisticswould be highly regarded, as we are ideally looking for someone who can make an immediate impact.
However, just as important is apositive attitude, willingness to learn, and the motivation to grow with us.
