Ingenia Communities is seeking a casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join the Chambers Pines Lifestyle site in Logan City, Queensland.
Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll keep the park looking beautiful, secure, and welcoming for guests and residents.
You'll mow, prune, plant, perform repairs, coordinate contractor work, manage budgets within guidelines, and conduct WHS checks.
A current C class licence and hands-on maintenance experience are essential; PPE and safety awareness are expected.
