About the Role
TheClient Specialistis responsible for growing and strengthening Affinity's relationships with hospitals and healthcare services across their portfolio.
This is a strategic, relationship focused role.
You will build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, understand workforce demand and market trends, identify opportunities and position Affinity as a trusted workforce partner.
Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will anticipate workforce needs, influence outcomes and help deliver solutions that support both client success and business growth.
Success in this role comes from building credibility, creating influence and turning market insight into action.
This role does not have direct budget or P&L; responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of each client's structure, workforce needs, operating setting and future demand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders through regular, proactive communication across your portfolio.
Anticipate client needs,
identify opportunities and deliver solutions before issues arise.
Respond to feedback, concerns and challenges in a way that strengthens long term partnerships.
Monitor workforce trends, competitor activity and market conditions to identify opportunities and position Affinity ahead of competitors.
Support the strategic presentation of candidates in collaboration with internal teams to maximize placement success.
Contribute to portfolio growth, account stability and market share through effective relationship management and client engagement.
Share client insights and market intelligence to support service delivery and business decision making.
Influence outcomes through collaboration, coaching and knowledge sharing across teams.
Preferred Experience
Healthcare, hospital, workforce solutions or recruitment experience.
Experience managing customer or stakeholder relationships.
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
