Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experiencedProduction Managerto lead our operations and team.
About the Role
This is ahands-on leadership positionresponsible for managing daily production, staff, and product flow across manufacturing and dispatch.
You will oversee operations fromraw material intake through to finished goods, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the production team
Oversee daily manufacturing operations
Staff supervision, training, and rostering
Inventory and stock control management
Coordinate inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods
Maintain food safety, GMP, and hygiene standards
Drive efficiency, productivity,



and continuous improvement
Ensure operational targets and deadlines are achieved
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as aProduction Manager or Supervisorin bakery manufacturing environments
Qualified Scratch Mixes & Time Dough Baker
Solid leadership and team management skills
Experience infast-paced production environments
Knowledge ofinventory control and warehouse operations
Understanding ofHACCP, GMP, and food safety systems
Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
Hands-on, proactive leadership style
Ability to work early morning shifts
