Operations Assistant – Apartments & Guest Services

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our serviced apartments across Sydney.

This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being active, staying organised and working across different apartment locations. Every day is different, and you'll be part of a friendly team helping ensure our apartments are ready for guests.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our serviced apartments across Sydney.

Key responsibilities
Deliver amenities and supplies to apartments.
Assist with apartment inspections when required.
Organise stock and supplies.




Support linen and laundry coordination.
Meet suppliers and assist with deliveries.
Help with general day‑to‑day operational tasks.
Provide friendly assistance to guests when needed.

About you
Current Australian Driver Licence or currently in the process of obtaining one.
Valuable communication skills.
Reliable and well organised.
Able to work independently.
Comfortable travelling between different apartment locations.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
