About the Role
Personal care and daily living support
Meal preparation and household assistance




Community access, appointments, and social activities
Implementing behaviour support strategies
Supporting participant goals and independence
Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
Maintaining accurate records and following care plans

Essential Requirements
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Valid Australian Driver Licence
Reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle
Experience supporting people with disability, including complex behaviours
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to person-centred practice
