What You'll Bring
A natural leader who enjoys motivating, coaching and developing teams
Previous leadership experience in a hospitality workplace
Strong bistro operations experience, with function and events exposure highly regarded




A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to lead from the front in a rapid-paced environment
RSA & RSG Certificates (essential)
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
