Drillers Offsider – Entry Level & Experienced

Strike Drilling is a well-established Mineral Exploration Drilling Company and leading provider of Reverse Circulation and Air Core drilling services with rigs operating across Australia.

We’re looking for Entry Level and Experienced Drillers Offsiders to join our team on exploration projects for our East Coast Rigs (QLD, NSW, SA) on a 2 week on, 1 week off roster. Whether you’re new to the industry or already have experience, this is your chance to join a supportive, safety-first team and build your drilling career.

This is a physically demanding position! While you do not need mining or drilling industry experience you must have recent experience working in a physically demanding workplace to be considered.

What You Need:
Applications will not be considered without a valid HR Licence.
HR driver's licence (essential)
Physically fit, reliable, and safety-focused




Ability to work long shifts in harsh conditions
National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Must be based in or close to East Coast Capital Cities (e.g. Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide)
