We are seeking a reliable and motivated Polystyrene Machine Operator to join our production team. If you have experience operating manufacturing machinery and are committed to producing high-quality products in a safe and efficient setting, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor polystyrene manufacturing machines.
Ensure products meet quality specifications and production targets.
Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
Conduct regular equipment inspections and report any faults.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Assist with general production duties as required.

Requirements




Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery (experience with polystyrene equipment is an advantage).
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physically fit and able to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
