About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers for the northern Gold Coast.
Whether you're experienced or new to the industry, we welcome individuals who are passionate about improving the lives of people with disability.
What Does a Typical Shift Look Like?
Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Supporting with meal preparation and nutritional needs
Providing light housekeeping, laundry, and general domestic tasks
Supporting participants to achieve daily living and independence goals
Offering companionship and engaging in social or recreational activities
Manual handling tasks as required
What We're Looking For




Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, and NDIS Orientation Certificate (or ability to obtain these)
Capability to complete manual handling tasks (no restrictions)
Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment
Current First Aid and CPR
A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Availability over the Christmas/New Year period
