About the Role
Reporting to the Head PCA or Village Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents with compassion and professionalism.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily personal care tasks
Helping with meal service, including special function
Filling in housekeeping and cleaning shifts when required
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a caring and motivated individual who thrives in a team environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of others
Experience in aged care or a similar role
Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport (desirable)
National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessmentincluding drug and alcohol screening
