We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager who is ready to develop their career in project delivery and gain hands‐on experience across major infrastructure and construction projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced project and construction professionals while developing the skills required to manage projects from planning through to completion.
In This Role, You'll:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction projects, ensuring activities are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Support Project Managers with project programming, procurement, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and help manage project risks and issues.
Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain efficient project delivery.
Assist with preparation of project plans, schedules, cost forecasts, and monthly reporting.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and client requirements.
Participate in client and stakeholder meetings and help maintain strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.




Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the delivery of innovative and practical construction solutions.
About You
You are an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a team environment and is eager to build a long-term career in project management within the civil construction industry.
We Are Looking For:
1–3 years' experience in project coordination, engineering, construction, or a related role.
A degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline (or currently completing).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project.
A willingness to learn and develop project management capabilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and professional conduct.
Desirable
Experience working on civil, water, wastewater, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
Exposure to project management methodologies and reporting systems.
