What you'll be doing
Handling incoming calls and enquiries from clients, volunteers, and other stakeholders
Maintaining detailed client records and documentation
Assisting with the ordering and inventory management of meal orders
Providing general office support, including filing, data entry, and administrative tasks
Collaborating with the Meals on Wheels team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative & customer service role
Data Entry with heightened attention to detail and accuracy
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, volunteers, and stakeholders
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software applications
