At the Bay Hotel, Motel, we’re looking for a motivated and passionate 1st Year Apprentice Chef to join our growing kitchen team. This is an chance to learn from experienced chefs in a fast-paced, modern hotel where quality food, teamwork and creativity are at the heart of everything we do.

You’ll complete your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while gaining valuable hands‑on experience in a professional kitchen. This would suit someone who lived locally to Bonnells Bay

What you will learn includes but is not limited to
Knife skills and food preparation
Cooking across a up-to-date pub menu
Various cooking techniques
Food safety and kitchen hygiene
Stock rotation and kitchen organization
Time management in a busy setting
Working as part of a professional kitchen team
