Life Without Barriers is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator to assist participants in coordinating and implementing supports based on their NDIS plans.
The role is permanent part time (four days per week) and based in Launceston, with work-from-home flexibility and occasional client meetings across the Launceston region.
The successful candidate will build relationships with participants, families, NDIA coordinators and service providers, supporting person-centred planning and solid service
