Provide advice and support to managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
Assist with recruitment, including developing job descriptions, advertising positions, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and ISO ****:**** quality standards.
Work with the wider team to continually improve HR processes and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (essential).
3–5 years' experience in HR or People and Culture roles, ideally in dynamic or operational environments.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and experience using payroll/HRIS systems.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice to employees and managers.
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, and general proficiency across MS Office.
Demonstrated knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety and its proactive implementation.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage change with strong time management skills.

Experience in the agricultural sector would be highly regarded.
Current driver's licence, Provide First Aid certificate, and Mental Health First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
