The opportunity:
As a Relief Care Manager you will be an experienced Clinician with the capacity to flexibly work across a number of our Care Communities within NSW West.
You will support the General Manager of the assigned home, on a short or longer term basis, in leading their care team to deliver excellence in care to our residents.

Actively monitor the ongoing successful delivery of the Aged Care Standards
Build meaningful relationships with our team, residents and their families
Develop & mentor a team of clinicians and contribute to positive team culture

Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience in Leadership or Management role in an aged care or other health sectors desired
Fully flexible to travel to support organisational requirements
RN AHPRAregistration
Knowledge of aged care industry, regulations and funding (AACQA; ACFI)
The ability to promote continuous clinical improvement
