Job Description
You will be responsible for the following duties:
General office administration and reception duties
Answering incoming calls and scheduling job appointments
Booking vehicle servicing and managing insurance for the company vehicle fleet
Managing all company insurance renewals and payments
Providing executive assistant support to the Directors
Assisting the Directors with survey reporting, quoting, and general administrative support
Processing supplier invoices and assisting with accounts administration
Assisting the Accounts team and Directors with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Managing incoming emails and ordering office supplies and stock
Office conveniently located close to public transport
Supportive and friendly team workplace
Prospect to work closely with company Directors and gain exposure to a variety of business functions
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administration role
Excellent customer service and skilled phone manner
Positive, friendly attitude with the ability to work well in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A current Australian driver's license is advantageous
