We are a leading international shipping line who is seeking a current export documentation officer to join our team on a full time basis.
You will work as an integral part of the export documentation team and perform export documentation related tasks whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities include:
Liaising with customers and answering any queries
Communicating with overseas offices and agents where required
Preparing Bills of Lading
Receipting payments
Maintaining functions in global system
Answering emails and telephone calls
Assisting customer service team to ensure clients documentation requirements are satisfied in timely manner
Required skills:
High attention to detail
Must be efficient and punctual
