We're looking for an experiencedSite Managerto join our team and oversee the delivery of high-quality custom residential construction projects across South West Sydney.

You'll be responsible for coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards, keeping projects on schedule, and ensuring a safe and efficient site.
About the Role You'll be managing custom residential builds and renovations valued atup to $2 million, working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the office team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations from commencement through to completion.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Monitor quality control and compliance with plans and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Identify and resolve site issues efficiently to keep projects on track.

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:
A current NSW Builder License (essential).
Atrade backgroundin the construction industry.
Proven experience managing custom residential construction projects.
Strong knowledge of residential building practices and the NSW Building Code.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
The ability to manage multiple trades and maintain robust site relationships.
A current driver's license.
