Our client is a premium Australian timber flooring brand recognised for creating beautifully crafted floors for some of the country's most prestigious residential projects.
Working closely with architects, interior designers, builders and homeowners, they deliver considered flooring solutions that combine exceptional materials with contemporary design.
Based in their flagship showroom, this role blends high-end showroom consultation with relationship management across the architecture and design community.
You will guide residential and trade projects from initial enquiry through to specification, quotation and sale, while developing solid relationships with architects, designers, builders and key industry partners.
This is an opportunity for a passionate design professional who enjoys creating exceptional customer experiences, building relationships and working within a premium, design-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional showroom consultations for homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders and developers.
Provide expert product advice and tailored flooring recommendations aligned with project requirements.
Manage customer enquiries, quotations and opportunities from initial contact through to conversion and project completion.
Build and maintain solid relationships across the architecture and design community to support specifications and repeat business.




Proactively follow up opportunities and maintain an active pipeline through CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Collaborate with estimating, project delivery and installation teams to ensure seamless customer outcomes.
Maintain premium showroom presentation, displays and sample libraries.
Support client meetings, showroom events, product launches and industry functions.
Skills and Experience
You are an organised, relationship-focused professional who enjoys working with premium products and design-led clients.
You will be passionate about architecture, interiors and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will bring:
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Confidence engaging with homeowners, architects, designers and builders.
Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
A proactive mindset with excellent follow-through.
Experience managing sales opportunities and client relationships.
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
A genuine interest in architecture, interiors and premium design.
Experience within architecture and design, flooring, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, interiors, construction, homewares or premium retail will be highly regarded.
