Duties
Identify structural defects,



compliance issues & safety risks
Carry out pre-purchase inspections across Pymble & surrounds
Produce clear, actionable inspection reports
Inspect subfloors, roof cavities & external roofing areas
Provide professional advice to clients
Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience in building and/or pest inspections
NSW Builder's Licence
Timber Pest certification (CPPUPM**** & CPPUPM****) - or willingness to enrol
Strong attention to detail & high-quality reporting skills
Police clearance, valid driver's licence & reliable vehicle
