Swimming NSW is seeking a State Squad Performance Coach to oversee daily and seasonal coaching programs for the State Squad at SOPAC.
The role requires experience with age-group performance swimming and a proven ability to cultivate a high-performance culture.
You will work with the Head Age Group Coach to deliver Junior Competition and Transition Squad sessions, develop athletes and prepare swimmers for podium outcomes at State and National levels.
