About the opportunity:
Steel Line Garage Doors is seeking an experienced Technical Support officer based at our Brisbane office.
About your role:
The scope of the duties and responsibilities of the Technical Support Officer include but are not limited to the following:
Handle inquiries to meet service level requirements by providing technical support to customers, employees and managers in all branches nationally




Interpret and relay technical instructions
Create a database to maintain and refer to
Have a good phone manner, being courteous and polite
Provide updates and training on new products as they are launched
Monitor quality control
Assist with product development and provide information on current technology
Who are we looking for?
To be Considered for this Role you must have:
Requires strong technical/product knowledge of the garage door industry including motors, remotes and accessories.
Problem solving skills and setting of priorities
Effective communication, both verbal and written
Accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of Excel and Word
They must work in a team and be confident
They must be sensitive to the customers' needs and requirements
