What You Will Be Doing
Our client is seeking a PE Poly Welder to join their crew in Geebung.
The successful applicant will be required to work Monday-Friday, starting at 6:30am working ******* hour days.
In this position you will be:
Required to complete PE Poly Welding(Polyethylene) on 63mm 60mm poly pipe and be capable of operating McElroy track star welders
Setup and Operation of Fusion Equipment
Ensure proper alignment, clamping, facing (planning), and heating of pipe ends




Monitor and adjust machine settings based on pipe size, wall thickness, and environmental conditions.
Pipe Preparation
Fusion Welding (Butt Fusion)
Weld Quality Control
Work closely with pipe fitters, operators, and supervisors to align pipe and manage workflow
Civil drainage/pipe labouring when required
What You Will Need
Drivers Licence & reliable transport
White Card
PMBWELD302E Electrofusion weld polyethylene pipelines AND/OR PMBWELD301E Butt weld polyethylene plastic pipelines
Previous experience PE Poly Welding specifically with pipes
McElroy equipment experience highly desired
