We are a well-established, family-operated business with a solid reputation and a loyal customer base servicing Moreton, Somerset and the Sunshine Coast regions. We are looking for a reliable, motivated Service Agent who takes pride in their work and enjoys working independently while delivering excellent customer service.

This is an initial casual position, with the chance to transition to a full time role for the right person.

About the Role
Service and maintain HSTP (Home Sewage Treatment Plant) systems.
Work independently throughout the Moreton, Somerset and Sunshine Coast districts.
Based on our Caboolture depot.
Day work only.
Participate in an on-call roster (minimum one weekend per month).

What We’re Looking For
Current driver’s licence (manual desirable).
MR truck licence (desirable).
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.




Robust attention to detail with positive decision-making skills.
Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
Neat, tidy and professional presentation.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Legible handwriting.
Basic ability to use smartphone or app-based systems.
Willingness to participate in the on-call roster.

Requirements
Current criminal history check.
Current traffic history check.
Relevant qualifications or industry experience are advantageous but not essential for the right applicant as on the job training is provided.
