About the Role

MCA Engineering is seeking experienced Concrete Remediators to join our team for a 12–18 month surface project. In this role, you will carry out a range of concrete repair and remediation works, including surface preparation, patching, crack repairs and the application of repair products and protective coatings. You will work safely as part of a team to deliver high-quality outcomes across mining and industrial sites.





Starting indicative pay rates (under Enterprise Agreement) from $50–$60 per hour, depending on skills, experience and qualifications.

About You
Current driver's licence with no restrictions
Relevant qualifications and tickets
Minimum 2 years' experience in concrete remediation or a similar role
Experience with concrete repairs, patching, crack injection, epoxy systems, surface preparation and remedial works
Experience using hand and power tools relevant to concrete remediation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Mining experience is advantageous
Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A; testing
Additional tickets and experience that would be highly regarded include Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, EWP, Rigging, Dogging, Franna Non Slew, HR Licence
