Our client, a leading global organisation based in Warwick Farm, is seeking a Warranty Claims Officer to join their busy customer service team.

This role will see you manage a high volume of warranty and service enquiries while supporting customers throughout the claims process. You will work rotating shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Your duties will include:
Managing high volume inbound calls regarding warranty and service enquiries
Responding to customers via phone, email and web channels
Processing warranty claims and service requests accurately and efficiently
Reviewing claim information and ensuring all required details are provided
Updating customer records and maintaining accurate claims information
Handling customer complaints and difficult interactions professionally
Liaising with internal departments to resolve warranty enquiries
Working towards KPIs including customer satisfaction and first call resolution




Completing general administration and data entry as required

The successful candidate:
Has previous experience in warranty claims, call centre or high volume customer service
Has a customer service or hospitality background, which will be highly regarded
Has robust communication skills, both written and verbal
Can confidently manage complaints and challenging customer interactions
Has excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Can work under pressure while remaining calm and qualified
Is confident, friendly, switched on and genuinely passionate about customer service
Is available to work rotating shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
