We areseeking a Property Manager to join in our Property Management Team to manage the portfolio.

The position isfull time Monday to Fridaylocated at our fast-paced Browns Plainsoffice.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain robust relationships with Property Owners, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Effective Phone Communication with Owners and Tenants.
Maintain ongoing customer service with landlords, Tenants and Trade People
Use of PropertyMe software ( must be required)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant and property owner communication
Conduct rent reviews & negotiate lease renewals
Create and manages maintenance task
Liaising with Owner and contractors
Bond finalization and refunds - Vacate procedure
Ensure all rental agreements and legal documents are compliant with current legislation and up-to- date
Routine, Entry & Exit Inspection
Work with BDM to get a handover of new managements
No Trust Accounting




Fully Automated Property Management Work Flows

About You:
Min 1 years plus of Property Management experience
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience and knowledge of Property Me and Inspection Express
Up to date understanding of all regulations and legislation
Customer service orientated with high attention to detail
A skilled working manner and personal presentation
Fast thinking and proactive
Confident with communication
The desire for a career and not just a job
Sense of Urgency with the ability to prioritize
A team player, we are all here to help each other
Current Queensland Real Estate Registration
Current QLD Driver's Licence
