Brisbane Brewing Co. is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager for our Woolloongabba venue. You will run day-to-day operations, lead the hospitality team, and ensure excellent service across bar, dining, and events.

A minimum of 3–5 years in hospitality management is required, with current RSA/RSG/RMLV/Approved Managers licenses essential. Australian citizens and permanent residents preferred. We are a family-run business with two venues, offering a meal on each shift, 2 RDOs weekly, 4 weeks of annual
