About the Role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
While we're looking for someone who can work across all areas of signage production, there is a strong focus on metal fabrication and the manufacture of illuminated signage.
You will be involved in:
Fabricating aluminium and steel frames for signs
Manufacturing metal fabricated letters and illuminated lettersets
Building pylon signs and large custom signage
LED wiring and assembly of illuminated signage
Manufacturing acrylic,
ACM and other signage products
Vinyl application and sign finishing
Preparation, sanding and painting of signage
Assembly and quality control
Working with the production team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience in the signage industry (essential)
Strong metal fabrication skills
Experience manufacturing illuminated signage and lettersets
Knowledge of LED wiring and lighting systems
Experience with aluminium, steel, acrylic and ACM
Experience applying vinyl to signs
Good painting and finishing skills
A strong eye for detail and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to read workshop drawings and work independently
Current driver's licence
Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
Installation experience (advantageous)
