Falcone Hospitality is seeking a hands-on casual manager to oversee two busy venues, Haymarket Hotel and Office Hotel, in Sydney.
The role involves running shifts across gaming, bar and kitchen pass with flexible schedule and two or more shifts weekly, including peak times and match days.
Ideal candidates hold NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG and have real supervisory experience in a busy pub or sports bar.
Attitude and confidence are valued as highly as a CV.
