Multicultural Communities Council of Illawarra – Wollongong NSW is seeking a Team Leader – Community Development to guide staff and volunteers delivering settlement and community development programs for people from refugee backgrounds.
You will lead, support and ensure protected, high‐quality delivery aligned with policies and continuous improvement.
You will oversee day‐to‐day operations, build strong stakeholder relationships and advise the General Manager.
